i’m genuinely curious, because all that i’m aware of is the COVID vaccines and various medications that allow people to continue to make unhealthy lifestyle decisions

Shut down UAB. It is too far gone to save and there is nothing there except parasites….. a small dose of Ivermectin could do it……
