Which means what (assuming that it's even true)?

That his credit card was there?

It doesn't even mean that, does it?

His number could have been entered without his card even physically being there.

Might want to pump the brakes a bit before criticizing someone else's intelligence.

Why do you think this has any value?

The idea that he wouldn't pass that information along to his lawyers is absurd.

The obvious answer is that the person claiming he was somewhere else is either a liar or mistaken.

We don't know if his lawyers have this information or not. Maybe the defense is saving it for the actual trial. Weird, no one followed up when the restaurant contacted the authorities though especially if they have TRs receipt.

The alibi is regarding that TR texting that he went back to the scene to recover the rifle not if he was on campus when CK was killed.

Also may make the door camera video of someone driving a dodge charger other than TR that was mentioned during the hearing.

If the assassination was a bigger conspiracy, wouldn't it be easy for the planners to make sure obvious breadcrumbs like this weren't left behind? This is why most conspiracy theories just dont actually make much sense, we're supposed to believe there's so much people and money involved in pulling off these elaborate plans but they always leave behind obvious clues that a random guy on the internet can use to reveal the truth?

How is it ridiculous?

Because Robinson admitted that he planned to kill Kirk. Then there's pics and video of him heading up to the roof and back down from the roof to kill Kirk. Then Robinson admitted to his parents and to his fuzzy that he killed Kirk.

Data like that.

If Robinson had an airtight alibi establishing it could not have been him that killed Kirk, there would not be a trial. It's just that simple. Therefore, there is no reason that his lawyers wouldn't have already presented this. Nor is there any possible reason that his lawyers wouldn't be aware of this information.

This theory makes no sense. I'm all for keeping an open mind, but this one is retarded.

He was driving a Dodge Challenger-NOT A CHARGER--an on duty LEO had a spidey sense suspicion he was out of place, and noted his license plate number.

The plate came back registered to Tyler Robinson.

Here is the thing, most of the Candacetards were told the trial was a show, and never watched the trial.

This will be to the demise of all crackpot theories.

This isnt making bread chantard fun and games. This is feeding defense attorney's to throw the case.

Eyewitness testimony is incredibly unreliable.

It is garbage.

If you have ever tried the basketball counting video, it will prove how absolutely terrible eyewitness information can be.

I horribly failed said video and I am not a moron. It was shocking. terrifying. If I am ever on a criminal jury I don't care what an eyewitness says. We see what we want to see and filter out everything else.

They almost certainly do.

The owner of the restaurant sent the information to the FBI back in January. The restaurant, contrary to the idiot front line worker’s story, said they could not verify the cardholder’s name. Their system only stored the last four of the card. They passed the information on to the FBI and did not hear back after an initial contact back from the FBI.

In other words, the person being interviewed is full of shite. And Coleman is, too.
