Thats why it was a clown show from Trump. His studies and his experts completely contradicted everything he said

The truth is, trumps experts and studies found nothing really new at all, but he wanted a shining moment so he went off cuff and said a bunch of outlandish shite

To take one line out of what is apparently a discussion removes the context from the statement.

Yeah because you could be kinda pregnant which would mean it's ok to take a little tylenol. They didn't mention being kinda pregnant so we need more context.

Does it matter why they don’t recommend using it while pregnant?

Yes, it does.

Trump is saying that tylenol causes autism. Is that why the drug manufacturer said it is not recommended for use during pregnancy? Have the makers of the drug concealed a known autism causation? Or are they simply falling back on boilerplate statements curated by their lawyers that nothing is recommended during pregnancy?

So yes, it does matter.

I am completely fine with being hated by people that lets their common sense be taken over by politics

Absolutely nothing on the last few days or years has changed with tylenol and pregnancy. And trumps own fda and his own studies support that

Man, he is a really ineffective fascist dictator.

Still, people that support him are Nazis, and, well, you know.

How about just don't take the chance and stop taking tylenol while pregnant? Drinking alcohol while pregnant doesn't always cause fetal alcohol syndrome but it can. Maybe tylenol doesn't always increase the risk of autism if you take it while pregnant, but maybe it does.

Stop being so petulant.

Oh you want to be like that? No, the tweet is still wrong. Observational testing has been done. The tweet does not say “official” testing

You said there were 1000s of tests. Link some.

Then when you get a fever and leave it untreated you open your self up to far more issues that have been studied and vetted with all the issues fever causes during pregnancy

You know what has a stronger link to autism than Tylenol? Fever

Evidence in recent years has suggested a correlation between acetaminophen use during pregnancy and subsequent diagnosis of conditions like autism

Not just some. Link to the official test from J&J or the new parent company. His claim was that J&J had officially tested it 1000s of times on pregnant women.

“Today’s announcement by HHS is not backed by the full body of scientific evidence and dangerously simplifies the many and complex causes of neurologic challenges in children. It is highly unsettling that our federal health agencies are willing to make an announcement that will affect the health and well-being of millions of people without the backing of reliable data.

“In more than two decades of research on the use of acetaminophen in pregnancy, not a single reputable study has successfully concluded that the use of acetaminophen in any trimester of pregnancy causes neurodevelopmental disorders in children. In fact, the two highest-quality studies on this subject—one of which was published in JAMA last year—found no significant associations between use of acetaminophen during pregnancy and children’s risk of autism, ADHD, or intellectual disability.

Over two decades worth, but no testing has been done…

Where did I ever say anyone “officially tested” Tylenol for safety in pregnancy? That will never be done by a drug manufacturer

What's the issue here? Harvard, Cedars-Sinai, and Johns Hopkins, as well as HHS, all have linked Acetaminophen to neurological issues in unborn children. A warning was issued, and no one is fricking banned from doing anything.

Why does the left have to make every goddamned thing political? Now we have the paid retards on CNN telling mom's to take this medication anyway because muh Orange Man bad - and potentially putting kids at risk. How do you fricks sleep at night?
