My personal favorite is when he advocates for such a limited government that it's bordering on anarchy and calls you a bootlicker if you aren't willing to go that far.

Listen, mate, I feel you. Government in general makes my skin crawl.
But my personal experience is that the overwhelming majority of LEOs are decent eggs.
Social media and the 24/7 news cycles have made it trendy to post any and every poor decision folks in certain professions make (e.g., law enforcement, education, medicine) and use those actions as indictments on every individual in those industries.
Humans frick up daily.
My bet is you’ve had an unfair run-in with a LEO in the past which has led to your current mistrust.
That’s lousy, and I’m genuinely sorry if it happened.
But snapshot stories of random folks don’t, by default, implicate the hundreds of thousands of decent professionals who do their jobs well.
But my personal experience is that the overwhelming majority of LEOs are decent eggs.

I don't support cops because of their disgusting behavior enforcing the covid mandates, their complete disrespect of our 1st and 2nd amendment rights, and their cowardice from hiding behind their unions and qualified immunity. Taxpayers shouldn't be the ones picking up the tab for their bad behavior. Their pensions should be bankrupted to pay off the lawsuits or they should have to carry liability insurance. So yeah, they can all eat a dick since they refuse to reign in the bad ones.
