Two words that grind on my nerves: “marginalized communities”

The left loves this expression, but I am not entirely sure what it means.
“Marginalized” implies people outside of the mainstream, or somehow lacking any involvement in society. Perhaps it also implies that they are vulnerable to exploitation by those in the mainstream?
“Community” used to mean people living in the same neighborhood or geographic vicinity. Then it was expanded to mean people of the same ethnicity in the same area, and now it can just mean any collection of people with shared interests regardless of their location.
So what counts as a marginalized community? Literally everything.
Illegals are a marginalized community.
Non-illegal Hispanics are a marginalized community.
Poor immigrants are a marginalized community.
Poor blacks are a marginalized community.
Poor rural trash are a marginalized community.
Muslims are a marginalized community (no matter how wealthy).
Gays are a marginalized community (no matter how wealthy).
Trannies are a marginalized community.
Queer nonbinary people are a marginalized community.
Who else? Underemployed Ivy League grads? Communists?
Leftism is mostly about taking power and money from those who have it and giving it to “marginalized communities.” Which mostly means themselves.

Shut up whitey. That's your answer, probably.

Are you feeling marginalized, slippy? Sit down, stay awhile, and bask in your newfound community.

quote:the word ghetto is Italian for "foundry". The metalworking section of Venice is where the city's Jews lived

The word was popularized by the Warsaw Ghetto, and after the war was coopted to replace the word "slum" when referring to [redacted]
Within just a few years, ghetto was = to slum. They again needed a new word, and someone came up w/community

With over 6 decades of being handed equal opportunity in schools, housing allowance, food assistance, preferential hiring, and trillions in money spent, they should have advanced.
If they remain marginalized after all of that, it is because it was their choice to remain marginalized.

The 2 words I hate the most “my truth”.

Marginalized means anybody they can throw their victim hood tag onto.
That is exactly what it means.
Anybody that they can claim, to make themselves look like saints, while stripping their "marginalized' people of their identity.
Yes, I hate that phrase. They throw me and mine into those categories. And I want to tell them we will see what the margins on their rectal cavities are, when I take their "marginalized" bullshite and shove it straight up their arse.
