Imagine if you will a world where an Emergency Response Unit dispatched to control riots is charged by someone waving an unknown object around their weapons and when that someone is pushed to the ground he is the victim.

You need to go back and look at the video and look at the blood pouring out of his right ear. You don't regain consciousness several minutes later after that much blood pours out of your ear.
