When did this new Twitter mod ruling on bans take effect? There are thousands if not millions of posts each day that would meet the criteria. But twitter selectively decides what to ban.

Children are incredibly unlikely to die, and the overwhelming majority have mild symptoms, but they're not "almost immune"
You wouldn't say kids are almost immune from the common cold just because it's mild when it happens.
That being said, of course Twitter is hypocritical as frick.
