In other words, Oz is not fully committed to winning. He’s is planning his future based on the assumption that he will lose. Great campaign strategy!

That’s dumb, if Schumer picks up seats and abolishes the filibuster, why does he need to negotiate with McConnell? He can steamroll the GOP and there’s nothing McConnell can do.
