Tucker is off base here. The US is perfectly ok with rogue terrorist states as they have demonstrated by removing the Secular Assad from power in Syria and installing the al Qaeda terrorist al-Jolani

I used to watch Tucker and it's been amazing to watch his change. He must be getting paid an enormous amount of money. Tucker isn't dumb, he knows how obvious his grift has become.

Trita Parsi mentioned that Trump basically said this the other day. He said the regime is rational and just wants what’s best for their country — that does away with like a decade of propaganda and basically legitimizes them.

The US clearly doesn't GAF if a nation is an oppressive theocracy, and hasn't since the Obama years. Nation building is a failed strategy. All they want is a situation pleasing to US interests. Call it whatever you want.

Tucker could have easily emerged from crazy town via Vance's MK appearance...
He could have constructively criticized in so many ways in productive discussion. He could have been happy that Israel got their arse handed to them..

Vance won't win any nomination if Tucker is in his tent. I think Tucker has been paid to run and split the vote or something. Hope I'm wrong.

Or maybe it's acknowledging that it's our desire (and the rest of the worlds desire) for Iran to no longer be a rogue terror state and that we are willing to aid them if they choose to travel the path we desire.

Tucker has slipped into full on gonzo mode....Iran is the primary incubator and financier for nearly all of the current radical Islamic organizations operating in the ME and around the world.
I guess Tucker doesn't know or understand, there's likely only two ways the US can have an unequivocal victory over any nation who is willing to fight until the end.
1) Completely destroying said nation's economy, thereby making conditions so bad the people rise up and remove the current government from power. Not an easy thing to do. Economic warfare seemed to work against the former USSR but it took the better part of 70 years to bring the USSR to its knees through economic warfare.
2) Complete annihilation of a nation's infrastructure and the death of a large percentage of the populace. This is the most effective and efficient way to achieve an unequivocal victory over a nation but a lot of Americans don't have the stomach for this type of strategy, nor do the so called allies of the US.
I think this^^^^ is what China has known for quite some time and that's why their strategy for global domination is starkly different than the US strategy and currently more effective......China wants to be your friend.

Vance seems to identify with the Tucker types more than anyone else on the "right". Remember it was Tucker and Don Jr. that lobbied for Vance over Rubio on the ticket
