And we'd be absolute morons to NOT support Israel, as they are the only real allies that we can supply weapons and aid to over there that would use them to further our interests in keeping those two things stable.

Israel has no oil.

Israel ranks 24th among our trading partners.

If it’s all about oil and pipelines why wouldn’t we be best served by partnering with a pro west bin Salmon Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar instead of pissing off the entire region by partnering with Israel who they all dislike and who have somehow managed to get Christian GOP leaders like Jim Jordan to fly Israeli flags outside their DC offices?

No US politician should have any foreign flags in or outside their office.

I have no beef with Israel.
I have no beef with Jews.
I don’t want any foreign nations influencing our politicians, elections or foreign policy.

I am not like the other comments in this thread disparaging Glenn Greenwald. I don't even really disparage Tucker Carlson.

I despise the created divide. There are a lot that reformed from being neocons' because we were watching war on live TV 30 years ago.

Many have awakened that it was all a crock of crap. That Saddam Hussein's statue being pulled down did absolutely nothing. That we feel like idiots now for believing there were weapons of mass destruction.

We think more openly now. Carlson has gone too far. He crossed the Rubicon of being a reformed neo con.... When he openly stated that he thinks Qatar needs to replace Israel.

This is what is very strange. If Israel is factually found to be the new true boogeyman. As discerning adults we need to decide whose propaganda is real? Did Palestine and Israel both commit genocide or one over the other?

Should Netanyahu be replaced? Is it anti Semitic to question whether a multi trillionaire who has dual citizenship of America and Israel should dictate USA politics in any way above any other?

Is it OK to ask? Is it OK to ask why we should give Israel a crap ton of money and for what?

Israel already has all of the military Best of the best they have their own intelligence operation so why should we give money?

None of this seems to be conducive and any reasonable discussion without fear of being called anti Semitic. Is it too big of a monster to be fixed to fix all of the lobbyists in DC... Much less Israel... when we can't even win local elections?

In a new book on Carlson, a plausible case is made that he felt betrayed by W’s bullshite Iraq invasion. Tucker publicly offered support for the war, but says he was misled and duped by tne neocons.

Legit change of opinion based on later discovered facts, no?

He has since been willing to lean into anti-Israel/. anti-Semitic theories, as well as other weird shite. He worked with the Daily Caller and staffed up with actual white supremacist loons.

Interesting take.

Quibbles:

What exactly are these "anti-Israel / anti-Semitic theories?

As to "other weird shite" -- isn't there a whole LOTTA "weird shite going down -- especially since 2020?

Your assessment of TC "staffed up with actual white supremacist loons" reeks of anti-Whitism and self-loathing IF you are white. If you're not white, you sound racist.

Do you believe ANY group's morals, ethics and accomplishments are worthy of reinforcing? Or would you consider it "supremacy"?

Sounds suspiciously as though you've adopted SPLC and ADL definitions -- sprinkled some Loomer-Levin dust over it -- and ran with it to smear both TC and white people.

This is from Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino last year:

Interviewer: what causes are near and dear to your heart?
Dan Bongino: Israel

Does anyone recall someone not from a foreign nation saying another nation is their top priority? The guy is a white Italian catholic from Queens.

Is that not an odd statement?

Interesting stat.

Odds GOP board of election oversight "watchers" are standing down, looking the other way during these shams: 110%.

Will we be still worried about what Carlson thinks of Israel? Will we still be in any way concerned over what Nicholas Fuentes the nutjob has to say?

Neither Qatar nor Israel are monsters hiding under your bed.

Right -- still people are wasting take taking the "Influencer" bait.

However, of the two "monsters hiding" under a "bed", only one is the obvious candidate -- and it's not close. The other "monster" is owned & operated BY the first "monster".

Your observations and takes are almost always fascinating -- even if I don't agree with you. At least you're honest and not tip-toeing as to not "offend".

ALL of your observations speak to the ongoing situational "asymmetrical warfare" -- psy-ops -- calculated for max mis-direction , diversion, and distraction from the Big Picture. THE goal of all of the chaos and social upheavals are the complete demolition of the past world pre-2020 systems, national identity and sovereignty in preparation for calibrating UN Agenda 2030's One World Order / Reset.

Possibly.

Could even possibly be Jeremy Boring himself is "grifting for clicks" -- like Candace, Tucker, Levin, Loomer...and soon, Dan Bongiono again. Maybe they ALL play their role of stealing oxygen from in-process evil agendas.

Or... maybe TC is sincerely trying to convince both sides to meet in the middle? (as opposed to rolling over for du jour's authoritarian obsession and expansionist agenda of a wrecking ball "diplomacy" of war, occupation and regime-change?)

Then it's strange why you would actually watch and listen to HOURS of TC's podcasts -- while holding him is such disdain, disregard and disrespect. That's all.

And then there's the "Qatar" thing. Whatever.

Yep. It’s tiring when there’s China and Iran. I’m not a fan of the Jews what so ever but I get tired of hearing AIPAC and muh Jews for everything.

How it it remotely strange?

I listened to him ever since he left Fox. That gives me perspective. How does that seem odd to you?

It most certainly is.

Who knew Bongino would wind up another Pavlovian supporter, obsessed with this ONE single middle eastern nation (NOT "The USA!!"? NOT "helping the poor and unfortunate"? NOT "helping the poor kidnapped abused children"? NOT "bringing the corrupt and wicked to justice"?)

Just so pathetic an answer. Says it all. ("Good doggie, Dan!")

Yeah. AIPAC’s influence over our government should be talked about more.
For some reason it’s not.

I have a few theories.

Listen, I know that Qatar is not Iran or Pakistan. But even at face value, I found it a bit curious that Tucker suddenly started pimping for them. Does he bring up some valid points? I guess. But even so, it just smacks of somebody who was handed a bag of cash by the Qutar office of PR.

And I’m not afraid to say it
