As is typical, if republicans win the house and committee hearings begin there may a large amount of subpoena no shows for democrats that will require legal action.

They will cry but they started this without thinking of the ramifications as always.

He can go there and give nonsensical answers and non sequiters and he would not have faced a court of law. Like I said he could have done what Corey Lewandowski did in 2019 and drive the Democrats crazy
