THAT is defending Putin????? It's an all inclusive statement. He's saying the leaders of every country has killed people.
In other words, Tucker wasn't attempting to play the good guy, bad guy game. Attempting to set Putin up, setting up a narrative that would portray Putin as a killer, while ignoring the fact that American leaders are also responsible for killing people.
Tucker wasn't there to play the usual MSM game. He's said as much.

The guy that Obama had killed aside from bin Laden was a walking talking command and control center for terrorists. The only regret is that he could only be killed once.
