He needs to ask all the states to hand over the info on illegals voting . Then when they tell him no then he can use that to get the Supreme Court to put the question on the census.

The bottom line is...that if an Illegal gives the Government personal info, then the Government knows who you are and where you are, and if you don't answer the 'citizen' question, they you are a sitting duck if the Government ever wants to make it an issue. For whatever reason...say a felonious arrest.
I said way back that Trump don't have to do much more that make a highly public threat that IF any Illegal (non-citizen) casts an ILLEGAL Felonious vote, that will automatically disqualify them from any future *potential* amnesty. That would shut down illegal voting. And the Dems would scream bloody murder...and then move forward to what they really intend to do anyway...give ALL people the right to vote.
