I understand the need for theee workers but there must be some form of accountability.
I say give the farm a choice: pay a fine and the workers pay a fine for the laws already broken or deport the workers. If fine is paid, and workers have no criminal record, give them temporary visas as long as farms agree to pay similar wages and perks that legal migrant workers get

Anybody willing to do that work for that wage has my respect. I would gladly trade them for the lazy entitlement minded Citizen troublemakers that harm civil society.
Of course said laborers should be held to account by law. Proclivities for serious crimes outside of the work environment should be considered in the process. Good worker but bad citizen and out they go. Drunk driving, drug dealing and sex crimes at the fore.
