Mueller has been authorized to look at ANYTHING tied to the 2016 election. That would include campaign finance law violations.
Prior to this when Trump was claiming he didn't know anything about the payment, the thought was that the $130K could be an unreported contribution in kind to his campaign which is of course a crime. Now we know the truth , Cohen paid it and then billed Trump for it. Which is actually pretty damned obvious but not for stupid mentally ill liberals.
