No he won’t be officially indicted. There is no way the radical leftists and swamp want a real legal proceeding against Trump. That would risk the truth coming out.
Instead, they will have criminal investigations after investigations where no actual indictment comes just mud continuously thrown at him.

They've yet to stop trying to end him, even after illegally removing him from office using a mannequin candidate. They're fixating on the word "insurrection" because of its direct reference in the 14th amendment.
