You must have not seen the slowed down video where he was reaching for what he thought was his weapon on his backside? Have you seen it. The dude was dumb and a radical left idiot.

Kirk.
Sounds like the new narrative is that legally carrying guns can be a problem with the government.

With that being said, both the left and the right have shown hypocrisy regarding the second amendment. Hypocrisy knows no political boundaries.

The right is saying the left has flip-flopped on the second amendment and the left is saying the same about the right. The wheels on the bus go round and round.

Kirk is definitely right, historically. And I hope it never comes to that, but seeing the planning of the insurgency in Minnesota, it’s quickly becoming a reality

Minnesota's own laws make it illegal to have a fire arm at a political protest. Take it up with Minnesota.

You realize there are plenty of people on here that admit to carrying in places like grocery stores

Do you think they're intending to use it? Of course not. They're hoping they never have to use it in a situation like that.

They also don’t interfere with law enforcement

Democrats are now for it. Crazy how it all works

No they aren't, they just realize that the law, as it currently stands, it does not forbid you from carrying a gun at a protest, which many on the right are claiming was a primary basis for him being shot.

Lulz

The first amendment and the 2nd amendment are written the same way.

You are free to say anything you want, but if someone walks up and and punches you straight in the mouth for it, thats consequences

And you can legally bring a gun to a law ENFORCEMENT operation, but if you get into a tussle with LEO; consequences

Because clearly the LEO want to go home to their families, way more than you did

Both are right.

2A is strong.

You can't bring guns to a political rally of any kind, for obvious reasons.

You ok there?

Our government has been extremely tyrannical and corrupt since 9/11 and no gun owner as done a thing about it. This includes a supposed 'stolen election' where people just whined and cried on the internet and social media. So, looks like Charlie was wrong.

Interesting. I have MANY guns. I actually got out and shot a few this weekend in the cold. No ICE agents attempted to restrain me. And I got shot ZERO times.

Can't wait to hear the flop flopping when it happens to a maga person

Super groovy observation-but MAGA supporters aren't going to be bringing weapons and whistles and women shields to interfere like Old South Night Riders to obstruct federal law enforcement efforts.

And for the record, MAGA supporters have Found Out what happens when they protest. Even if the context is different. What we learned when UNARMED Ashli Babbit was shot is ABC would run a heroic one-hour special on her LEO killer, who was portrayed as a brave man of conscience. Something tells me that the killer of the scum Good and Pretti will get a different kind of coverage.

So, the political party in charge gets to determine the context in which a citizen carry a gun and when?

When there is more than one person with a gun, the person who is better with the gun usually decides the context.

Carrying a gun comes with much responsibility and requires wisdom and self-control. Making this argument about what is legal or not legal is ridiculous.

I am basically a 2A absolutist. But getting in an altercation with armed police while carrying is probably the dumbest thing a human being can do.

Ezactly

People are now quoting hollywood A listers (not sure if it's from a movie or not) to justify whatever new belief they have for the day.
