I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters, OK?" Trump remarked at a campaign stop at Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. "It's, like, incredible."

Ok, so did you vote for him at any point after he said that?

Sorry I’m not a conspiracy theorist like that. A few years ago you and your buddies would’ve been tarred and feathered for your far reaching, intricate, outlandish conspiracy theory that you’ve fashioned for yourselves.
The Party that supposedly stole the 2020 presidential election would be incapable of manipulating the GOP Primary?
As is pointed out on this Board multiple times a day, they control the traditional media, education and culture. This is a piece of cake for them.
Election interference is an Olympic sport for Democrats, and they win the gold just about every time.

What does that have to do with his statement?
Do you agree with him? If not, where is the line for you?

Vivek should take this as a compliment. Trump had a nuanced criticism of him instead of just making up a derogatory nickname. It indicates Trump might actually have respect for him.

That’s what you gleaned from the statement? They’re direct competitors right now. Do you expect Trump to endorse the guy or something? TDS is a terrible affliction.

Trump has declared Vivek disloyal. It’s over. It was a short but sweet love affair.

The Democrats did that in 2022. During the primaries in swing races they funneled money to the horrible candidates that Trump hand-picked. They did that because their only way of surviving was if they manipulated idiot GOP primary voters into nominating horrible candidates.

Democrats were never afraid of those candidates. They wanted them to win, and they did. Claire McCaskill wrote a book about how she tricked Republican primary voters to save her seat in 2012. Obama couldn't contest Missouri in 2012 and McCaskill was toast against pretty much any Republican outside of Todd Akin. She tricked GOP primary voters into nominating him, and they fell for her trick.
quote:
It was August 7, 2012, and I was standing in my hotel room in Kansas City about to shotgun a beer for the first time in my life. I had just made the biggest gamble of my political career—a $1.7 million gamble—and it had paid off. Running for reelection to the U.S. Senate as a Democrat from Missouri, I had successfully manipulated the Republican primary so that in the general election I would face the candidate I was most likely to beat.
So how could we maneuver Akin into the GOP driver’s seat?
Using the guidance of my campaign staff and consultants, we came up with the idea for a “dog whistle” ad, a message that was pitched in such a way that it would be heard only by a certain group of people. I told my team we needed to put Akin’s uber-conservative bona fides in an ad—and then, using reverse psychology, tell voters not to vote for him. And we needed to run the hell out of that ad.
Akin ended up receiving 217,468 votes, compared to 180,821 for Brunner and 176,189 for Steelman. In the privacy of our suite, all I could do was celebrate privately and send an email to my team congratulating them on the work they had done.

This is exactly what Vivek needs. The media are trying to keep him out of the conversation because they know he is a smoother, smart America First candidate. Trump giving him attention means that the media have to discuss Vivek now.
Vivek has been masterful in addressing Trump during all this. He hasn't pissed off Trump supporters and hasnt gone the Christi, Haley, Desantis route of attacking Trump.
He is the only candidate that gives me hope about the future.

route of attacking Trump.
He should be attacked. He got crushed by a dementia patient and sabotaged the GOP ahead of the 2021 Georgia runoff and helped hand Senate control to the Dems.
He didn't build a wall, he added $8 Trillion in debt, he contributed to inflation via free covid money, he said Cuomo and Newsom did better on Covid than DeSantis, he said Stacey Abrams is better than Brian Kemp, he gave Fauci a medal and refused to fire him, and he supports biological men using women's bathrooms.

I don't disagree. But you have to be tactful in the way of getting that message across. Going scorched earth will turn off Trump supporters. Vivek basically saying "I support america first policies and will make sure they get done which were not done before". Its a solid strategy which walks the line.

That shows that they're mentally weak and hypocrites. Trump goes scorched earth and spews nonsense about his opponents and him and his supporters say if they don't vote for Trump and get over if then they're cucks.
