You Trump cultists don’t get it. He can’t win. He will never get enough support nationally to win an election. Move on

Why?

Two reasons.

1) It’s better for America First that DeSantis stays put. If DeSantis serves out his term there’s no way the Dims try to seriously move on Fl in 2024, FL will remain an America First stronghold.

2) Trump birthed the America First movement, his policies are solid. Trump deserves another shot. Considering the man was under attack 24/7/365 through his full term by a consortium of anti Trump forces he still was an effective president and had pretty good results policy wise.

The democrats could run Hunter Biden and win if that happens.

This sounds like, “it’s her turn!” frick that. The guy that’s best able/prepared to do the tough job of beginning to pound permanent government back into its box is the guy we should support.

This is lame. Not that it’s untrue he worked against those headwinds, but it’s a lame excuse. Any Republican would encounter the same shite.

He was a pretty good president the first 3 years of his term, but he sucked DEM donkey balls in 2020. If we don’t at least make it clear to him that we would expect much better in a second term, we’re going to have another 4 year term where Dems come out in a much stronger position than they had going in. It’s not like the Dems won’t remember how effective Covid was for them, and how spineless Trump was in opposition.

That’s not a response to the question asked. I’ll restate: Why do you think desantis is more likely to be swayed by the swamp?

In a rigged electoral system, no Republican candidate, not even DeSantis, can be expected to win a national election. DeSantis cruised to victory in Florida because, as governor of the state, he had the means and the authority to ensure a clean election. But he would be helpless against a massive crime organization, aka the Democrat Party, which effectively controls the electoral infrastructure, the physical apparatus, the paid loyalty of election workers, and the federal agencies that oversee the process. If the system is not repaired and made answerable to the people, there will never be a Republican president again.

Trump supporters are feeding off of the Sundance/CTH type material with respect to DeSantis.
