1) He's not going to do it and is pandering, which is hilarious. His minions think Trump will save America.
2) This is a simple fix that is reasonable to anyone with a brain. Birthright citizenship stays for those who are born on US soil to parents here legally on a non-temporary (i.e. B1/B2 visit/business visa).
Problem solved. You reward people for coming here legally.
