Answer the question. Why should we involve ourselves with problems in Nigeria? They should handle it.

That's the problem when you get involved in these situations. Then, everybody says "well, what about this one here and this one there?" and next thing you know, you're playing team world police.

No.

What utter fricking stupidity. Nigerians aren't "our people", Christian or otherwise.

To use your utterly fricked up logic, we should be feeding every starving Christian on the planet because they are "our people". Or were you fricking stoned every Sunday in church when passages about helping the needy were read??

The first act to making this happen is cutting off all aid, right now.

I couldn’t agree more. In fact, you may be putting it a little too diplomatically.

At least Trump is using the US military for actually good around the world.

You can't be serious.

What "good" has sending billions MORE to Z and Ewe-Krain accomplished? Bueller? Anybody??

How many more hundreds of thousands of UKR and RU soldiers and civilians need to be maimed and sacrificed, buildings and lives destroyed because Trump broke his promise? ( "I'll end that war immediately!")

And how exactly has exporting US military and tech in support of wars for our "Bestest Ally" against a defenseless Gaza been "good"? What "good" was theUS military action against Yemen? Iran? And now Venezuela? (Oh wait -- suddenly NOW in the year 2025 "drug smuggling" is a problem??)

Guess what? "Neocon"-Globalists and their death-cult have taken over. And its agenda is bloody.

Trump uses this rhetoric to get results.

"Rhetoric" is ALL we'll hear in the case of the decades-long mass murder by Muzzies upon Nigerian Christian. Big Orange is posturing because his warmongering policies is finally getting bad PR attention and flak.

Trump's "America First" policies and agenda? NOT SO MUCH. His priorities have been misplaced and promises broken since Day One.

Bee-cause defenseless people are being slaughtered by the hundreds of thousands every year?

If EVER there was an actual "humanitarian" reason to kick arse, the decades-long Nigerian Muzzie purge and hacking of innocent Christians is it (but don't worry -- the US ain't lifting a finger there. Trump is only blustering and bluffing in this case.)

They should handle it.

How? Insane Muzzies control the local and provincial gubmint.

Not a function of government. We won’t do it just for this reason though it will be sold that way to the public. Why not just say straight up, we are doing this to steal resources. I don’t think most Americans would care tbh. I know I don’t.

Looong overdue. (The UN is a fraud)

However I strongly suspect no corrective military US action will actuallyor ever take place.

You do realize there is such a thing as legitimate and righteous use of military force right? The military isn’t just a jobs program. There are times and places to use it.

What part of "American First" is using that military in a foreign war that has no direct relationship to the government or people of the United States?

Note: identifying as Christian isn't a substantive answer.
