Yeah, but that's like arresting someone for going 10 mph over the speed limit in, say, Atlanta—where you have to drive 10 mph over the speed limit or you'll get run over, so everyone does it—and charging them with attempted murder.

I agree with you that he did what they say he did.

But the response to it is still malicious and discriminatory political prosecution.

The remedy for this is to either not have laws on the books that you don't uniformly enforce, or get them off the books.

The bank who lent him the money disagreed. Only partisan hacks that know precisely frick-all about real estate finance think this was a crime because OMB.

You're talking to the guy in the mirror, moron.

Yes. He was targeted. But he did lie on some loan docs. He made it easier for her.

Is that controversial?

So there is no evidence that he said an unfinished property value was the value to its finished value?

And then you said....

He did these things or someone in the organization did

So you're telling me to believe that he did something, but then telling me a few words later that maybe someone else did something and he didn't.

Did you read all the examples of fraud she popped him on?

Did you proofread your post before you hit submit? It contained a strong example of contradiction that I would've thought would be easy to spot and correct.

And aside from that, we were only discussing the one specific example that you presented for rebuttal. If the conversation is to be expanded to include evidence outside of the specific subject matter, that's fine, but it should be made clear instead of contemporaneously drifting to loosely relevant subject matter or, as we say, deflecting.

He did it or someone else did it in the organization. He’s being held responsible.

That’s not my doing. Your beef isn’t with me.

I have nothing to do with what was on those documents. I would have suggested that they not contain false info.

That’s part of the reason he got in trouble.

So the false information was not part of the reason she was able to pop him?

Thats an interesting stance.

Both parties involved agreed to the terms. No one was defrauded. The bank got their money, plus interest paid on terms of the loan.

Next time you should stick to the truth. Your post was completely dumb and the fact that you agree with this makes you a fig.

So no laws were broken?

This should be overturned quickly then. No worries.

The truth is there for you. You are mad at something neither you are I did.

I am curious what you find to be untrue. We can have a discussion about the facts of the case. That's healthy debate. But we must agree on the facts.

If you can't agree that lies/fibs were told then just keep hurling personal attacks my way. It's really all you can do and is totally expected.

There's a dozen reasons it will be appealed. I can't speak for everyone, but I'm not sweating it for a second.

Banks always care that is why they do their own appraisal and the loan is based off that. Trump could say his stuff is worth 10 trillion and it does not matter. Loans are ALWAYS done on the banks appraisals period. I could go to the bank and say my left testicle is worth millions and I want to borrow against it. The bank would do their own appraisal and say that nut is worth a quarter and we will loan on that value.

Sure. If it were just that.
