Absolutely they should have a chance to respond. I guarantee you it’s going to full of Orange Man Bad claims to make Trump look bad and potentially set up impeachment, but nothing criminal.

At the very least, if specific allegations are made, they should provide the exact information they used to arrive at those conclusions.

I'm all for letting the accused side rebut but the initial report should be released without correction.
Give them a copy and let them form a dispute that can be released in addition to the original report.

A valid rebuttal cannot be made without the information that led to the conclusion of the report.

Are you telling me after two years all mueller has is a memo Trump wrote regarding a "set up sting operation" by a russian and fusion GPS (that mueller refused to look into the fusion contact before and after the sting).
mueller and his crew should be hung up by their balls, and prosecuted in six different federal courts so they have to hire six different sets of lawyers to defend themselves and bleed all the arseholes dry.
