The nature of parasites is to grow and thrive by living off the host while weakening and destroying the host. Getting rid of parasites is a disgusting and painful process, but is necessary for the survival and well-being of the host. Time to get rid of the worms, however painful in the short term.

Considering the state of most European nations today, why should we care. Thinking about how we've bailed them out in two wars, financed most of NATO, attempted to squash the mess in Ukraine, intervened in Bosnia, supplied Berlin w/aid and so on goes the list . . it's about time we think about American interests first and foremost.
