Looks like it just grazed his ear. And if that's the case, he's extremely lucky.
I was worried something like this was coming. The news has fed people lies about Trump being an evil racist Nazi threat to our democracy for too long, and there's some maladjusted psychos out there that eat it all up and live it every day

It looked like he grabbed his ear and then was swarmed by SS and dog piled.
At the end when they took him away he was clearly bleeding from the ear and side of the head.

It looks like that was blood running down his face from his ear, not bleeding from his face or head. It would've run down his face like that as he was ducking down behind the podium
