Who cares? It's not our money. Why do you care what other countries give to Iran? This agreement means that they have to earn it by showing the world over time that they are serious about becoming a civilized nation. If they do not follow the guidelines then they get nothing and their entire economy crashes

At no point did I say that we bombed Spain and two of them partially detonated releasing radioactive particles. It was a separate nation during a military operation that didn’t involve Spain

Interestingly enough I remembered this incident but not in great detail so read up on it just now too. Said Spain banned US planes with nuclear weapons from flying over their airspace. No idea if that was still in place but even if not, if that’s why they denied us using their runways for this debacle - worried that any plane might be nuclear capable
