I watched the judge on Fox and Friends this morning.
He said Trump gets daily intel briefings. The Judge said an intelligence official probably said to Trump "By the way Mr. President, your predecessor was listening on your phone calls during the campaign."

Every indication is that Flynn called someone who was tapped, namely the top Russian diplomat in America. Flynn would have even known this.
A curious unanswered question I have is whether Flynn tried to use encryption to conceal the content of the call. I've seen some suggestions of this sort.

So, Trump Tower was NOT tapped?
Dems argument re this ESPIONAGE scenario...is a 'dead man walking'. They tapped that Tower, Obama knew it...and they used that info to get Flynn's scalp. They also leaked conversations with the Australian and Mexican Heads of State...and leaked them.

Because what I know is an apparently normal transitional team conversation occurred. It was surveilled. The fact and substance of that surveillance was illegally leaked in a way to damage Trump's team.
That alone should stand your hair on end.
