I just hate that Trump is held to a standard that NOBODY else is especially in regards to all democrats going back to Clinton days. IT's all a fricking joke. It is literally not in there.
At best, he "accuses" Trump of incompetence for not having a better handle on Departments under his direct control. Which would be true.
He had direct control of all of these swamp agencies and they only got more powerful.
