He pushed the rapid development of a vaccine as well as a full spectrum response (ivermectin, HCQ, natural immunity, etc.).

Trump rolled it out. Biden and Harris, specifically, said "don't take a shot Trump is promoting".
A year later, Biden and Harris FORCED me to take it or lose my job. Trump didn't. Trump recommended it but never forced me to get it. Huge difference.

Trump pormoted, pushed it and took credit for it however, he did not mandate.

This is correct history on the Vax, specifically.
The majority of my family voted for Trump, and did not want to take the shot until there were years of data to support its purpose. They didn't take it despite supposedly being in a "cult". The ones who ended up taking the shot that were Trump supporters were forced to take it or lose their jobs (like me).
This can't be said enough.

I had family members that took it out of fear of Covid.
All but one of those family members were female.
Trump didn’t enter the equation in their mind, even though they all voted for him.
Fear is a powerful motivator.
Let’s not forget that a large swath of society ignored facts and chose fear as their justification.
Hopefully, they learned something from that poor decision.
