Secretary General of NATO, Japanese Prime Minister, and the deceased leadership of Iran beg to differ.

Well targeting power plants is a war crime...im sure they realized it was a bluff from the get go

I don't think blowing a few breakers with a graphite bomb is the equivalent of the war crime that you have in your head.

We bombed them twice while negotiating. Why would they trust us?

I wonder if someone finally talked some sense into trump and made him realize he's stuck in an escalation ladder that does nobody any good

Maybe Don Jr and Vance finally got an hour alone with Trump.

Iranian state media is now claiming they had no talks with Trump and Trump retreated after they threatened to attack other power plants in retaliation

Whether that's believable or not is certainly up for debate. They're basically taunting him at this point. Which means we'll probably do something stupid.

I'm not saying the quality of the message is good. I'm saying if we're looking at diplomacy vs more escalation that's probably a good sign.

How does this impact the Strait opening?

A lot
A little
None at all

We’ll see if the 5 day window impacts anything. But Iran knows the regime is dead without any leverage.

It’s believable from a logical perspective

Israel will 100% continue to escalate. Trump will get the plug pulled on him if he doesn’t follow them. He’s in a no-win situation. This is what happens when you sell your soul to Jewish donors.

I need you to read this carefully. I'm not a liberal. As much as you want me to be, I have never voted for a democrat in my life. I know that makes you upset because it implies my next statement.

I'm just not retarded enough to double down on what is clearly an incompetent president.

It's okay. You have backed the wrong horse. It's fine to admit you are wrong. You don't need to tie your identity to this. It's not a moral failing.

Trump is immensely sharp. He’s a quick thinker and has outsmarted almost all of DC. Not sure how you can’t see that.

This is satire, right?

Not sure which dimension of chess we're in at this point

Yea we’re kicking arse and taking names:

-Some form of Iran’s leadership is intact.
-The IRGC is still around.
-Hormuz is still restricted from free passage

So, neither of the two main objectives were accomplished, which looked to be either regime overthrow or the failed state solution.

This for 13 American deaths. Hundreds injured and some in treatment at Landstuhl in Germany. Yet to be seen economic damage due to attacks on energy infrastructure in the GCC.

I need to start trading oil contracts. You can make a killing right now with these volatile swings based on what Trump says on truth social

Yeah I would’ve voted for DeSantis over Trump.

What’s your point? Still don’t like his shilling for Israel.

How am I a hypocrite? And I don’t even listen to Deace anymore because he’s another dispensationalist Zionist Israel shill.

How about you stay on topic instead of turning threads into shite shows?

I don’t know what you are. And I agree this war seems to have been a bad call, but...

when I read your post i wonder about industral policy and tarrifs and the decline of the American standard of living and i assume you're proping up the same old system that led to our decline because you are either a democrat or a "traditional conservative".
