There's a difference between being upset by the video and calling out the bullshite official statement that it was nothing more than an innocent spoof on the Lion King.
Trump intended for this to cause controversy and he intended to insult the Obamas in a way he knew they would deeply resent by invoking a historical racist trope.
I haven't said a single word about being upset by any of that, but I'm also not stupid. I see it for what it is.

It doesn't even matter if this meme was really sent by Trump; It DOES matter how many believe he's crass enough, juvenile enough, and classless enough to tweet it.
Trump is already a buffoonish caricature, whether you like him or not -- and that's not good. WE are the subject of mockery and ridicule (if you don't already get it).
