The fact that our dumbass legislatures allowed them to be counted is just another prong in the fraud fork like all the mail in ballots.
This is how California keeps their representatives.

Yep. They count everyone.
Back in the day some only counted for 3/5ths.
Yes and this is going to be a major issue for the "The Founders didn't comprehend this" argument, as the OG Founders 100% comprehended non-citizens counting in representation. Also, the 14A itself uses "persons" and "citizens" for specific purposes.
The second Trump admin is likely going to lead to a lot of important case law regarding the 14A, ultimately.

This will go to the supreme court

Count them because we need to know how many of them are out there, but do not factor them into how many house seats a state gets, or any other resources available from the federal government based on population.

Paul and Massie will vote against it.

The Supreme Court, since it's Constitutional analysis/interpretation.
The Trump Administration will likely lose in this situation but it's a fight worth having. It can go one of two ways after losing.
1. A political ground swell happens such that representatives get off their arse and finally replace "persons" with citizens.
2. America gets overwhelmed with foreigners and the U.S. balkanizes decades from now.

That's almost assuredly going to be required.
I just looked and the 14A uses "citizens" 5 times and person(s) 5 times.
It's going to be very difficult to argue the writers of the 14A didn't understand the difference in "citizen" and "person".

Imminent too.
For instance, Bondi, Patel, and Bongino are prepared to issue a record number of indictments for election fraud from the 2020 election, child sex trafficking charges from the Epstein video and audio tapes, and RICO charges for collusion between the media, judicial branch, and the intelligence community. The indictments are said to be imminent, according to unnamed sources.

Is there a due process right to be counted?

I hope you know why I'm laughing.

Non-citizens were a part of the census?
I'm surprised northerners don't want them only counted as only 3/5 of a person like they insisted for blacks.

Yep - Now you know why Biden and the Democrats imported 15 million illegal in this country

I don't think so. The relevant portion of 14A is independent of the DP portion.

Yes. And no they should not determine the number of house seats based on illegal immigrants who can't vote. This needs to be killed and codified.
Trump 45 tried this and was unsuccessful
That was before four years of Biden and tens of millions of illegals pouring in through the southern border, who were then paid thousands of dollars a month by tax payers to do nothing.
