Did Fauci say that he estimates up to 50% of people carrying the COVID19 virus are asymptomatic? If that real number is just 10% that takes the mortality rate well below 1%

In the event of a pandemic. I bet nearly every state in our country doesn't have enough to cover a large outbreak.
So the answer is to buy zero and instead putting the state logo on tunnel walls and wasting millions on bankrupt green projects???
