Pompeo will replace him at the State Department, and Gina Hapsel — the deputy director at the CIA — will succeed him at the CIA, becoming the first woman to run the spy agency, if confirmed.

I like that Trump is willing to replace any problem person, or underperforming employee, immediately.
Past presidents felt the need to keep these cats on staff until re-election time.

Tillerson was a disaster. We don't have an ambassador to South Korea. He thought he could cut the staff at State and nothing bad would happen.
