No, it appears to have been taped this afternoon. Trump arrived in Philadelphia about 2 hours ago according to Twitter pictures. An NPR reporter said the press pool that traveled on Air Force One with the President were not allowed to watch the town hall while it was being taped:

The vast majority of voters just don't listen to the media at all.
Trump could admit to personally killing 200 people and pissing in soldiers mouths, and his voters would still applaud him for walking into a loaded event.
Likewise, he could give intelligent, informed, clear answers with empathy, compassion, and reason, and his opponents would decry everything about his Presidency and existence.
He is beyond criticism at this point, existing in his own time and space.

Disproportionately harm minority communities? How would he know that at the time? He wouldn’t. When Trump said it would affect some more than others, he was talking about those with underlying respiratory issues because of what type of illness it was.
