Those that don’t care about going to college, yet are forced to test, typically don’t test well.
I mean, when you “finish” a test in just a few minutes, the results will probably be quite poor.

Wait, they are going up in value but they can’t sell them? Actually they CAN sell them, but they would have to lower the price so much they would not be able to pay off the debt. And that price, for which they can sell them, is the value.
Those cities were NOT bought by Chinese citizens. Many of the properties were, but the cities themselves - the infrastructure that no one uses - was paid for by the local governments.
China is in trouble, plenty!

Take a look at buying a house in Japan. Tokyo is expensive but you can find thousands of houses with ocean views or near ski resorts for under - often well under - 50k

Trump knows exactly what he is doing, when you can do your maneuvers you do them, HARD, but while the economy is hanging by a thread because of the Dems/Biden INFLATION CAUSING BILL, and the Feds bad policies, you have to be gentle, else you cause a downward spiral of the economy, Trump knows how perilous a situation we are in, he knows the Dems/RINOS tried to tank it by shutting the Gov. down for months, so right now, with Iran going on, he is not wanting to shake the boat.
Once the economy has been rekindled. he can then pull any moves he needs to from a position if strength.
