The boomers never acknowledge the radical decline of demographics and public schools in median house price areas

they had it easier when it comes to that, and it’s not debatable

This line of thinking is how we got into this home affordability crisis in the first place.

when already had this discussion. I have a house. A bigger house, with less acreage than you, 10 minutes outside of anything I need.

I got lucky though, many others in my situation weren't and will not be for the foreseeable future

Like I am going to get in a discussion with Niles Crane about anything of substance. You are aghast whenever anyone calls out your obvious leftist views. “I am for the free market and limited government” yet magically you always complain when it is attempted. Lol sure thing

Weren't you previously accusing me that next I'd claim to have a big dong and some other stuff? Ever hear the story of the pot and kettle?

A home is an investment. I wouldn’t expect someone with something as useless as a law degree to understand that considering Kamala and Biden both have them lol that’s embarrassing

The housing market is artificially inflated, not a free market at all.

Housing prices going down would not be good. What you want is stabilization.

What's the difference between a lawyer and a catfish?

One is a scum sucking bottom feeder and the other is fish.
