The recent case overruling Chevron actually decreases his powers.

That's why I'm legit curious what he's talking about.

You argue that since you're the lawyer

I'll argue whether food is an asset since I'm hungry

You do realize if there isn’t a steady flow of immigration into the country, the economy will slowly grind to a halt? The American workforce can’t keep up with the need for labor.

He should immediately halt all illegal immigration. The immigration system needs a massive overhaul to allow those who come in legally to get visas and citizenship much, much faster.

What happened during Trump's term when the economy was great before Covid? The economy didn't grind to a halt No open borders with 15 million illegal
aliens pouring in causing massive inflation.

No it did not. 15 million illegal aliens being given EBT cards directly causes a higher demand on food supply and prices compared to the government Printing money for pet projects like 8 EV car chargers for 8 billion and sending 200 billion to Ukraine. None of that effects food prices.

Are we in a supply constrained food environment? What does the US food supply look like? My understanding is the US exports food as we make far more than we consume here....

More than 476 million payments totaling $814 billion in financial relief went to households impacted by the pandemic.

Doesn't impact food prices at all under your model. But payments to 15 million people blew up food costs....

Because payments to US citizens already living here does not increase the amount of food they eat. That pandemic money was all spent on entertainment items TVs, Playstation etc. Bringing 15 million illegal aliens into the country and giving them EBT cards that can only be used on food has a direct effect on supply and demand of the food chain causing prices to increase. This is not rocket science.

none of that makes food not an asset

ok so quantify this assertion walk me through how 15 million people can disrupt the US food supply and cause massive inflation in food prices we saw...

Also explain while your at it how Biden immigration remained unfettered for the full term but inflation has dropped. They don't seem correlated that much to me.

The thing that will really blow your mind because of how our agriculture industry works is that if we halted all immigration we would cause massive food prices inflation from lack of migrant workers and inability to harvest our crops before they spoil.
