Trump Needs an EO Banning Transitioning Kids on Day One

The UK already bans these treatments for minors, we should follow suit.

Yes, and go full Order 66 on these pediatric gender clinics. Do it simultaneously at noon Mountain Standard Time on January 20th (least populous time zone and that’s lunchtime for them) and arrest everyone that works at those clinics immediately. And if you arrest them all when they’re at work it’s less cockroaches that can scatter and we can hunt down the ones that took PTO or are out much easier.

He's not a king, as disgusting as I find the acts, he needs to work with congress to put laws in place.

No sir! This is for state governments to decide. Feds need to stay out of it, and stick to what the constitution allows.

Louisiana has a law where there can be no non-reversible treatment for minors

He needs to be veeerrrryyyyyy selective on EO’s and consider waiting for legislation. He needs to realize that the left will campaign on him being an authoritarian and to give them as little firepower as possible so we don’t frick it up for Vance. Otherwise all this shite is going to just go away in 4 years.
How many transitions are actually being performed? The bad optics should not outweigh the benefits. Being “in the right” for the short term is less important than “do we want 2029 to be run by democrats and everything just reversed”

Naw. If there’s medical Lysenkoism going on (and that’s exactly what this is). And medical organizations are using Federal funds (and they are) to criminally maim minors (and that’s what’s happening), then a temporary EO is perfectly defensible while also starting legislation to buttress the EO.
