That's perjury correct?

Her testimony was that Tony Oronato told her Trump tried to grab the wheel. She has no personal knowledge of the situation one way or the other.

Even if Oronato denies saying it, perjury would be hard to prove without hard evidence.

Her testimony was a classic example of hearsay, though. "Tony Oronato told me..." cannot be used as evidence the thing actually happened. It CAN be used as evidence of Oranaro's state of mind after the speech.

Why are people like Liz Cheney allowed to lie to the American people in an effort to jail a fricking president, then just walk away from it all? She knew about the National Guard requests and she knew about this driver the entire time. Seriously, what are we doing?

Trump is a civilian at the moment. What is it he should be doing?

More importantly, this was evidence that was withheld.

Listen to his rally’s.

Trump’s team has instead been working with American Conservative Union chairman Matt Schlapp to determine which individuals subpoenaed by the select committee should receive help from Schlapp’s “First Amendment Fund,” which is run by the ACU’s nonprofit arm.

Why did Cheney allow that hearsay testimony when they had testimony of the driver, which is not hearsay?

When he starts a unifying message and begins policy details I just may do that.

Because it was a sham from the start.
They hired a hollywood television executive to produce the hearings.

Its amazing to me that democrats and so-called GOPE types clutch pearls daily about Russia as they act EXACTLY like Russians.

This is the same play from the first impeachment BTW.

Ciaramella was NOT on the "perfect" call. In fact, I believe his testimony was that he was told details about the call from someone who "overheard" the call.

David French calling her heroic AFTER it was shown she was likely lying was the final nail in the coffin for me on him.

Not that I cared for French much before, but for a while I held out some idea that he was just a well-intentioned Christian obsessed with Trump, and not knowingly dishonest.

FFS, his rally's what?

Rallies are for suckers. If you enjoy them that's fine, but don't take anything he says seriously. Watch what he does.

That goes for all pols, not just Trump, but Trump is particularly fond of ........ exaggerations, especially when he's in front of an adoring crowd.

They believe every word Trump says. They believe the election was 'stolen' from Trump because he tells them that. Its a cult at this point and has been that way for a while. They think that things like UFC crowds cheering Trump and people showing up to his rallies and none for Biden automatically mean Trump beat Biden. They can't understand that's not how it works.

Do you have ANY evidence that his claim of working with the foundation to help financially support some of the J6 defendants is false….or do you just really really want it to be?

Do you have any evidence that it's true? I'm looking at his patterns and actions, and they don't line up with what he says at rallies.

At best it sounds like he may ask someone to take money that they (not Trump) have and divert it to a very small number of specific people. That's better than nothing, I guess, but let's not pretend that the J6 arrestees have been a priority for him.
