I hope when the governor says he "dispatched a letter" that is a metaphor for picking up the phone and calling him. Otherwise, that is the dumbest governor I have ever heard of.

I didn't realize tweets and phone calls were now forms of disaster relief

Was FEMA director an appointment whose hearing congressional Democrats didn't delay?

Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant said he had dispatched a letter to Trump

A letter? What does that mean?

And Trump has already called and pledged assistance to Georgia and Florida... I'm sure Miss. is next.

The wording of this article and the headline purposely make Trump out to be a 'bad guy' when he isn't. They didn't hold Hillary or Obamas feet to the fire two days after the Louisiana floods. And I remember the media even making excuses for them weeks after.

And this is from freaking NBC News, not even Daily Kos or Mother Jones or Slate.

These are the type of subtle things that the media crafts and show their liberal bias. It's no wonder you ate it up

Trump has to ask Putin for permission to send aid.

Not Trump's fault at all.

No, it shows that petty, whiny, bitter leftists are going to cry about every single thing he does over the next eight years. The impact his election has had on some posters is unbelievable and approaching pathetic.
