Do we know what Comey purposedly leaked the information before the memo? Or did others in the FBI?
Comey already stated that he shared the memo with others in the FBI. Could any of those others have leaked the info?
When you accuse someone of lying, this is the type of stuff you need to know.

Someone with access to that memo released some or all of it prior to the Trump Tweet. I think that much is clear. We don't know exactly who did it, and we don't know who had access to it. We will never know that most likely. What we do know is that Comey is responsible for it being leaked.

Are you really hung up on the word quote? Would it be better if it said cite? Does that really make a difference?
You honestly think it is a coincidence that on May 11th the NYT reported the substance of the conversations as reflected in the memo alegedly leaked in full on May 12th?
You just happen to think that the source of the May 11th NYT article were Comey's associates who Comey had discussed the conversations weeks or months earlier? They just so happened to call the NYT and give them information that tracks the language of the memo? From memory having been told weeks or months before?
The timing hardly supports coincidence and multiple sources in this instance.

The FBI is an investigatory branch. You are referring to a prosecutor. Was there an attempt by Rosenstein to obstruct what the FBI was doing? No!
