He didn't say they probably have aids. He said many probably have aids. Many could be a handfull.

It’s not meaningless. It’s a known risk factor for people we are importing. Unskilled people, too.
Why are we importing unskilled workers who will be a huge burden to our system?
Will more people be diagnosed with HIV in Louisiana than HIV+ illegals we import from Haiti this year? It’s gonna be close.
