Man there is a bunch of Chinese plants in this board these days. Used to be just IB now they’ve hit this place hard.
Little tip for you Chinese plants. I visit your countrysides. I saw the mass exodus of young workers leaving their homes and families for factory work.
Now they are returning home because they can’t find a job anymore.

Imagine had we sent all those billions/trillions to our neighbor south of us over the past 15-20 years. We wouldn't be facing the immigration problem we currently have because there would be jobs in Mexico.

It’s not like he’s going to nationalize Walmart if they continue to buy stuff from China. He’s not going to send the National Guard after some business who doesn’t immediately move manufacturing from China. So breathe easy IB
. Y’all need to get a grip. He’s just adding extra emphasis on his warnings to both China that the hornets nest has been stirred and to American businesses that likely more tariffs are coming in the war against China and they should prepare for that.

Kinda awkward that NAFTA was negotiated by a Republican POTUS with the purpose being to reduce trading costs, increase business investment, and help North America be more competitive in the global marketplace.
Hell, even Reagan proposed for a North American common marketplace in his 1980 campaign.
