Let's militarize the boarder. Make a 5 mile fenced in area running east / west through the bad lands. Then they can sell tickets for hunts. It could be like the Van Damme movie Hard Target.
You could sell tickets to participate or watch from speciality placed watch towers. People at home could rent drones, controlled from their gaming systems so they could follow the action even closer.
We could get the dude from the old family feud show to give us the play- by - play.
It would be great. Betting online through Vegas betting sites, the works. Pay for the welfare illegals get from the proceeds.

The wall poses an interesting study in duality for many MAGA affectionados on this board.
Many posters, who otherwise claim to be highly educated, choose to completely ignore the outcome of EVERY wall ever built throughout man's recorded history. From the Walls of Jericho, to the Great Wall of China, to the Maginot Line, to the Atlantic Wall, to the Berlin Wall they've all met with the same end.

No. Land mines are not a deterrent. Ask any US Marine stationed in GTMO, Cuba --on duty in a tower with big eyes. There is a no mans land between commie, Havana Cuba and GTMO Naval Base. Imagine watching a woman carrying a newborn get her head and legs blown trying to cross to freedom.
