I always think of my 9th grade geometry who got jail time for "molesting" his stepdaughter. She made the whole thing up & admitted it a few years down the road. His family, career, & mental health are already dead & never coming back.

I do agree. False accusations would take on a whole new level.

Now, who could be against this?

SCOTUS

If it is that important, call your state rep or state senator and get it done

I’m pretty sure Louisiana had a similar law that was struck down recently. IIRC, SCOTUS said death penalty only for murder.

Things like this are why I support Trump. I've never heard any other Republican talk like this.

Because, as the law stands now, these proposals are illegal and most politicians don't want to sound dumb.

Our first degree rape statute still authorizes the DP but it's dormant, like our abortion law was until recently.

Trump himself has been accused of this sort of behavior in what is almost assuredly a false accusation scenario, so yes.

The fact that some see this as controversial is proof we crossed the Rubicon.

VOR, Disgraced, Fun Bunch, Tboy, VP SFP, and Buckl are nervous.

This makes negative sense.

There are naturally... the exceptions.

The only way I can support the death penalty is if there’s more proof than he said she said and irrefutable evidence. If there’s absolutely zero doubt with evidence other than testimony… I’m all for it.

I wouldn’t have a problem with the death penalty for raping anyone…or killing anyone…or several other major crimes. Some people are against the death penalty. I’m against long prison sentences.

You have a reputation now as someone that supports protecting pedos. That kind of reputation will follow someone for a long time.

You can say what you want about the guy... But he has absolutely 100% been at the forefront of prioritizing the fight against human/child trafficking. Every one else prior has to varying degrees given the usual lipservice/token funding to this blight but DJT put it as an action item directly reporting to him. So all the Dems that wake up thinking "Trump is bad" and that's all you really got ... Then you've got nothing
