Child trafficking, I agree with - that crosses state lines.
Rape and trans surgeries, however, are within the purview of the individual states and should be left to them to legislate. Encourage and goad them to do the right thing but don't have Congress legislate it.
I know I will get downvoted, but we are a Constitutional Republic and we have to abide by those principles even when we are tempted to ignore them. We go bat sh-t crazy when Democrats try to abuse the Constitution to federally legislate matters explicitly reserved to the individual states to override the local will of people they hate. We need to avoid the same, even when it is sitting on a tee.

But what he can do is pressure the Republican senators and/or congress members to bring it for a vote before congress and/or senate, and even if it doesn't pass it'll force them all to make their stance known.

Do you even know the process that was used to get those tax cuts? It got passed through budget reconciliation, which allows a bill to pass the Senate with a majority (and, hence, avoid the need for Democratic votes) rather than the normal supermajority.
The laws that Trump is proposing here would require a filibuster proof majority to pass. i hope like hell that it would pass, but I bet the dems would torpedo it. But at least it would put them on record.

Haha. Uh, yeah. I’m familiar with the process. It’s the reason many of the portions of the cuts are sunsetting in 2026. How is that all relevant to your initial post that this Trump proposal “of course cannot become law?”

Ah. I see your point. It will never become law because you think there won’t be 60 votes in the Senate. That makes more sense than “of course this can never become law.” I wouldn’t be so sure there wouldn’t be some defections on a bill like this, but I do now understand your point.
