Trump was campaigning in Iowa today.
This is the only video of it his campaign has released, and I am shocked they did.
This video has the vibe of someone campaigning to be President of their HOA, not the United States.
It's over.

Trump is scheduled to meet with a smaller group of voters over breakfast on Thursday morning, which is a change from the bigger rallies the public has seen him at.
But that’s the former president’s approach this year in Iowa: to meet with the state’s voters where they are and try to win over their support.
The former president will speak during a meeting at the Westside Conservative Club in Urbandale — a smaller city about 15 minutes from Des Moines.
The club holds about 100 people and is a key stop for Republicans running for office. There, Trump will meet with dozens of faith leaders for a luncheon.
Muh rallies

so trump intentionally schedules a small local meeting and people will try a "gotcha" for it being small?

Honestly if he wants to win Iowa he needs to be shaking hands and wooing people one by one. He can’t fall back on his social media posting and rallies any longer

We were told repeatedly in other threads that Desantis was a fool for doing it this way and it would never work because Trump can do 1 event a week and get huge crowds. We were told barnstorming and doing multiple events to smaller crowds was for a loser.
Its almost as if Trump is copying Desantis's strategy?

Only Trump is brilliant to schedule small events.
You know this.

That desantis is really pulling them in though!
CHeck back at 4 CDT
Trump mentioned going to Iowa for 2 days, this afternoon is the first specific event he mentioned.
Iowa has the caucuses so the politics is more retail.

If Trump decides to do a major rally, he will pull in a big crowd. He always does.
It also doesn't matter in the slightest.

Almost as much energy as a daycare nap time.

the process takes hours.
few participants.
its a long winded variation on ranked choice. if your guy doesn't hit some % he is out. then people get to badger you to vote for their guy.

Just because no one is enthralled by the meatball. Don't be posting lame videos of Trump meeting a few people as if it was his kickoff announcement or rally.
Get a grip. Meatball sucks.

What was the last time the stupid caucus results there were actually meaningful or consequential to anything?

only 32,000 voted in the R caucus 2020.
31k for trump.
two nobodies got a few hundred votes.
with actual competition it might be 100k.
its not going to be a million.
the most likely is under 200k R voters.
