Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Clapper,Brennan...weren't elected by the people and didn't have term limits. The corrupt people like them in our permanent government are the deep state. They can just utilize our government's spy agencies to get dirt on any new politician who we do elect..and force them to submit.
Trump is probably the only elected politician to go to DC and not submit.... in the last few decades.
I can't blame the politicians who did submit. If those politicians openly went against deep state before trump made such a stink about them... then every little embarrassing thing they ever did would mysteriously be leaked to the media...and the media would use it to destroy them.
And that's just the spy/leak function of the deep state. There's also the manufacturing of evidence, arresting, bankrupting and jailing function.

A major problem is the MSM is part of the Deep State as well...Sharyl atkinnson herself..knows all to well...Fight on Don..Fight on....The people need to speak..and need to speak Loudly!

The deep state is really those bureaucrats that remain when administrations come and go.
obama made it a point to add enormous numbers to the government roster. It was by design and these people are very difficult to ferret out.

Sounds like a good start to me.
Part of why the swamp persists as it does is because people flit back and forth from various agencies to NGOs or lobbying and back.
Take the agencies out of DC and you cut down on either the back and forth or the number of people willing to work there if it means having to live in Pierre, SD.

Geez fellas. Corruption in Washington is nothing new BUT, The corruption in Trumps admin is as significant as any in history - cabinet secretaries leaving is disgrace, Pompeo and Rudy running alternative State Department capers, Barr acting like Trumps attorney, the dictatorial silencing Of constitutional oversight, and emolument violations, etc. Trump is not breaking the deep state, instead he is just changing the actors.

tax audits for all dept heads
all tax audits publicly published
