Real estate seems to be coming down everywhere but NYC.

Inflation has been stubborn, though the rate of inflation has dropped dramatically since Biden was in office. Beef is definitely a problem, though. The supply shocks to chicken and eggs seem to have calmed down.

Definitely still pissed about the Iran War and complain about it daily.

Gas prices are higher than they should be without an Iran War, but still lower than they were under Biden. They’re staying under $4/gal for regular unleaded where I’m at. I usually refrain from bitching too much about gas prices until they get around that mark.

High mortgage rates are indeed a problem and contributing to the issues with young families affording housing.

Does this number include self deportations?

Yes. Prob around 1 million forced deportations and another 2 million self deportations.

They have increased the forced deportations so hopefully they keep it up and the number keeps increasing.

Stop saying “migrant”.

They are illegal aliens.

The migrant population dropped by 3 million, the illegal alien population dropped by 2.3 million. 700k of the migrants were here legally.

At least he kept this campaign promise.

I'd like to see more, but at least it's not growing so that's a nice change. I also don't think it includes the ones prevented because they aren't getting shipped in and paid to come here like with Biden.
